My customers cannot signup or purchase products using Internet Explorer. Has anyone encountered the same problem? is there are fix for this?
With respect it would be helpful if you gave a bit more information!! What happens/doesn't happen. New aMember installation or suddenly started. A web address so one could visit and see what might be going wrong, but a simple comment not working conveys nothing - sorry!
understood. url http://onlinetrading101.com/amember/signup/index/c/alerts i am using the latest version of amember 4 this installation is about 8 months old but recently did the auto upgrade to newest customer enters his info, clicks NEXT and the page simply reloads. they should be taken to the PayPal page, but using IE it simply reloads the same page FYI, it works fine using Chrome
Well it seems I can't recreate this issue. I tried to signup using IE9 and IE8 modes (in my IE9 browser) both times I was redirected to paypal for payment. Have you tested this yourself? What browser version do you have?
