Invoice for later payment

    I need to be able to send an invoice out (for offline/cheque payment only) with the "sign-up" e-mail .... anyone know if it's possible?

    [The out-of-the-box pdf invoice is really a receipt sent after payment - I need to senf an invoice out for payment against]

    I have 3 membership websites coming up that need this also. Invoice needed ahead of payment for offline subscribers. If someone has a solution to this, I am happy to pay $s. otherwise I will need to pay someone to build it for me.

    Anyone?

    Has anyone figured out how to do this? I'm looking for an "Invoice Me" payment option as well.

    We're a year further now, has this been implemented? Or is it available as mod/plugin?
