Looking for feedback based on what I intend to build out. Would appreciate any thoughts -- even from individuals not directly associated with aMember. I plan on setting up a new site to sell digital media for download. Pretty basic. The requirements are: 1. Single digital product purchase and download 2. Multiple digital product purchase and download with discount 3. Purchasers receive an email notification for a private members only forum 4. Access to a members "page" for accessing digital updates to previous purchases. 5. Stored member info provides access to digital updates or the private forum. Core site built on WordPress. Forum powered by Vanilla forums. I've looked at a few e-commerce plugins for WordPress each touting their own core features. None of which seem to offer an all-in-one solution for a one time fee. Most offer package enhancements. Will aMember deliver on the previous five points out of the box? Or is there extra custom scripting involved.
How many products will you be selling. aMember can handle many products, but the interface isnt really built for that. David
