Could really do with some clarification here - before I have the site built... My potential customers are given 2 options before signing up: 1) Core membership (access to core section for 12 months, non-recurring) 2) Premium membership (access to core section and premium section for 12 months non-recurring) I want to structure the site (once logged in) with 2 navigation boxes on the left - one box containing links to core content pages and one box beneath it containing links to premium content pages. Even if a customer only purchases core membership I want both navigation boxes and their links to be viewable at all times. However, when a core member clicks on any of the links in the premium navigation box they are presented with a "restricted access" notice and given the option to upgrade to premium membership. In other words I want links to premium content to be visible to ALL customers as a continuous reminder to core members that they are missing out. Is this possible? Many thanks and any developers out there I'm looking for someone to hire to customize Amember for me. Thanks, Phil.
Yes, this is possible. aMember itself does not do anything with the presentation of your members content, but focuses on what it does best - protecting the content you want protected. In my members area, all members see all content, but only those members who have access to the downloads can actually download the content. Your question should be directed to whatever system you plan to use to manage your content, such as WordPress, Drupal, etc., etc. etc. I use Drupal to manage my content, and it's VERY easy to define who sees what when you add the TAC_LITE module.
