Hi, I just wanted to ask this in case I am having some sort of technological problem that I am unaware of. I opened a ticket last week and have still not heard anything, I have emailed a few times from different accounts but am not getting anything back. I just wondered if I had something else happening that is causing the communication problems, or if support is currently very busy?
