I offer 2 different memberships at my website, gold and platinum. Both membership are life time. If someone signs up for the gold membership they still see a gold and a platinum membership offered in the members area. Is there a way to make it so if someone signs up for a gold membership they only see the platinum offered as another purchase? And if someone signs up for the platinum membership neither is displayed. There is no point for someone to sign up for a membership they are already a part of.
Go into your amember admin screen / manage products/ gold Disallow subscription to this product if the following conditions meet and user has: Set to not allow if they already have the gold subscription. David
Ok, that it... Thank you. Also, I am changing 49 for a gold membership and then I only want members to be able to sign up for a platinum for 19 if they upgrade from the members area. But when someone comes to the sign up page they see gold for 49 and platinum for 19. Is there a way to just remove the platinum for 19 from the orginal sign up page?
