    heynmatty,

Support typically is typically business hours (ie. not weekend)

What kind of issue are you having? Is there something the community can help with?

People who pay for a membership can't access the forums. It's been going on for days now. I kinda wonder why they have the "urgent support" function :/

Hopefully you have been resolved by now, if not, being a bit more specific to your issue will allow us in the community to try and help you.

    1. What version of aMember are you using
    2. What forum software are you running
    3. Has your solution ever worked? When did it stop working? What changed (upgrade, server move, password change, etc)

    4. When you say they can't access the forums, can they log into aMember ok? (get to members.php, etc).
    5. Are they logging in via aMember and using single sign on or logging into the forum software directly?
    6. Is it all users or some users (can you create a brand new account add the forum product and reproduce the issue?
    7. Can you verify the user exists both in aMember and the forum software?
    8. What error do you receive (as the user, in the admin cp, any error.log files on server)
