Hi, I sent two e-mails last week with some pre-sale questions - no response so far. I registered on your forums so I could post my questions there - activation e-mail not received for quite some time. I reistered on your website again using another e-mail - activation e-mail not received again. I wasn't able to post a ticket because I didn't receive any activation e-mail. There is no phone on your website. No ICQ, no Skype. So I waited some time and tried to register with another e-mail. This time activation e-mail was received. I submitted a ticket with some questions 2 days ago. Your Contact page says: We answer all questions within 24 hours or sooner on workweek. If you did not receive response by e-mail within 24 hours, please login to helpdesk and check ticket status using your browser. No reply to ticket. Nothing. How can I count on your support after I purchase aMember (which more and more seems not to be worth with the experience I had so far) when I even cannot get in touch? Regards.
This might not be the whole issue, but perhaps it is associated with your email reply/registration issues..... I too found that I was not getting replies, but I finally figured out that aMember's emails were being stopped at my server by the spam blacklists. I don't know who, what, how, when or why aMember is effected by these, but in my case they are, as turning off my blacklists made aMember's emails come through just fine. Just for the record, I am new to aMember and am in the final stages of setting it up. I have had the need to contact support a couple of times over the past couple of weeks and have been pleased with the response and their willingness to help. Cheers Rusty
