Issues with upgrade. Stuck on step 5 of 11

Pressing the continue button just comes back to step 5.

But what version and what happens in step 5? Cannot remember, give reminder and might then be able to help

I'm having this same problem right now. Running 4.2.17, upgrading to 4.2.19. The screen says "Step 5 of 11 - Download Upgrades". I click "continue" and it seems to attempt to load (my browser shows "connecting to mydomain.com") but nothing happens. I've tried multiple browsers and at different times throughout the day and have seen no change. Suggestions?

I'm getting the same problem. Any answer for this?
