    Hi,

My clients join my paid site and then use their password to login it. That works fine, but once in, they can't access any other area of the site without the password prompt showing up. And after entering the login info, it still won't let them in to that area.

By the way, this was working fine until a few days ago. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be??

    Please contact us via helpdesk.

Or try to re-protect folder at aMember CP -> Protect Folders, and click aMember CP -> Rebuild Db

    Alex,

I have the same issue here. On the 1st computer, the admin access works. But on the 2nd computer, keep kicking back to the admin login screen every time you try to click on links in admin area (i.e. add user). I tried different browser (IE, Firefox) and used the 1st computer to create a new admin account. Still nothing work on the 2nd computer, keep prompting for admin login.

    Need help badly!!

Hmm, It seems that cookies are disabled in browser on your second computer.

I have had this same issue, except it doesn't happen to everybody which leads me to believe it is a problem on the member users end.

They can login but when they click on a subscription, they are again asked for their user info and when they give it, they are told that they are entering their info to an unsecured server etc etc. If they go ahead andsubmit their login info they are then given a forbidden access message. I am losing members right and left. Help from desk is slow coming. I am trying for a more responsive reply here.

Is this just a matter of the user not having their cookies enabled? Could it really be that simple?

Yes it could really be that simple.
Are you able to recreate the same issue yourself?
