joomla 1.5 questions

Hi in joomla i dont find the following fields:



Joomla Secret Word variable
it can be found in your Joomla
Administrator Control Panel > Global Configuration > Server Tab
This is a generated string like W7NQu1AkGgfjaPT7 , use copy & paste

Joomla Session Type (Session Authentication Method)
Used in Joomla <=1.0.13 only: can be found in your Joomla
Administrator Control Panel > Global Configuration > Server Tab
Usually this is set to [Level 2 Security - Allow for proxy IPs]. Make sure you
set it to THE SAME value as in Joomla, else single-login will not work.


these are nto avaiable in my joomla 1.5

How do i continue installation

Live site, is also in your configuration.php file, so is secret word.

is only avaiable in joomla 1.0.13, i have joomla 1.5, and i have to choose between level 1, 2 and 3

Its not listed in 1.5. You can leave as 3.
