I currently run three different aMember powered websites. Two specialize in training webinars and the other is a subscription based yearly membership site. I'm looking to add a fourth site which is a progressive evolution of one of the first 2 sites that provide online training - so I'll be adding an LMS to provide a classroom environment. From looking through member reviews and sort I believe I will be using eFront as my LMS as it appears Moodle has some bugs with aMember.

I need to add a few new features in addition to this LMS, the main one being a user member directory, so I've determined that since aMember's team has been ignoring my requests and messages for this feature, I'll need to implement either Joomla or Drupal into the mix even if only for that one, single feature. Since I have never worked with either of these systems, I'm wondering if anyone out there has a recommendation as to which one would be better overall. Specifically if anyone has had any experience configuring Joomla or Drupal to be used as a member directory, I'd love to hear your thoughts on that too. For the member directory I would like to be able to send certain custom fields from aMember 4 over to Joomla or Drupal to be used as sorting criteria - like maybe their state, software used, availability to take new work, etc.

Thanks in advance for ANY feedback or advice you can provide on this topic. Also, if anyone has any hints, thoughts or recommendations on the LMS part, I would appreciate that as well. I'm open to subcontracting some of this work out, so if anyone out there wants some extra side money or knows anyone that does that sort of work, please let me know.

We are currently implementing aMember with our existing Drupal site. We currently have a Members site within Drupal.

I doubt whether this would be possible, the aMember Drupal module, only passes Username & Password data to Drupal for account creation and deletion.

    regards,
