Joomla users renewal issues

    Once the users account is expired they should be asked to renew their account and set to public. The client is not being asked to renew the subscription.

    Are you using the aMember Joomla Plugin and the supplied login module (not Joomla's default login module)???

    Yes we are using the joomla plugin.

    We have install the joomla addon and integrated joomla and amember together.
