JV Zoo and Amember question

    Hello,
    I've set up my product in JV Zoo. I'm familiar with Amember Pro 4 (been using it for about three years), and have set up my product in Amember Pro 4.

    Within JV Zoo and Amember Pro, I have created and entered the JVZIPN Secret Key.

    Under Products-> Manage Products -> I have given the product its own JVZoo product number (I did not enter in this number anywhere within JVZoo as I don't believe there is somewhere to do this).

    Under Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> Email -> I have checked off all the boxes to send a sign-up email after payment and after sign-up. (This email is not being sent - see problem below).

    I am not using JV Zoo's system to deliver the product. Instead, I'm using a wordpress download page, and delivering it using Amember so that's it's secure.

    So this is the problem:

    I did a test purchase through JV Zoo. The purchase goes through Paypal like it's supposed to. I get the email from JVZoo (and Paypal) telling me that my purchase was successful, and then I login to JV Zoo. I click on "Access my Purchases" and it goes to my download page like it's supposed to. Okay all is well so far! Then the problem is that when I click on the links for my product on that download page, it takes me to the Amember Pro member login page. Problem is that I don't know what information to use to login as no email was sent to me from Amember after the purchase to tell me how to access my product inside Amember. The assumption is that the customer has never made a purchase from me before, and so will not yet have made an Amember customer account.

    What is missing from this scenario, and what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks!!

    Please check this :
    1. Was new customer really created in amember CP?
    2. Was payment added to that new customer?
    3. Do you get test email from aMember CP -> Setup -> Email -> Test Email Sending Method? (please use external email address for test, for example gmail)
    4. Do you have aMember CP -> Setup -> Email -> Send Registration Email enabled?

    Thank you. The problem was that I was not using the correct JV Zoo Product ID's, and a new customer was not being created.
