I was wondering if I supplied the source code for kayako if you could take the time to build better intergration for it? I used to have it set up but I ran into problems when users tried to changed their password at the support site. They would get it changed and then try to login to amember with the support site login and it would fail. A few customers that were what I call challanged users did this so many times it screwed up the snyc between the two so bad that I just took out the intergration / plugin out of amember for Kayako. Now each website is stand alone. I will submit a Request for this also but I wanted other amember users know they are not alone and see if you are willing to work on this. Thanks for your time

Because Kayako plugin does not change the password from amember. I also want it to pass a token / cookie so once they login to Kayako it works like the vBulletin where it will keep them logged into the support system. Right now they login to amember using their username and then they have to login to Kayako using their email address. I see some sites that allow you to use either one. I would like amember to allow either one OR just the email and then the customer can select a new username once he creates his account. I think amember is a great program and well worth the money. it is just behind in the times in some areas. I did see another company that can do this login intergration but I do not know what is involved in it. They were pretty expensive about it too. Almost the same price as Kayako complete support suite. Maybe I can contact them and they will tell me if it just a plugin or if they have to change major files. I did submit a ticket for amember and they told me they need to beta test it. I asked to be a beta tester and I never got a reply to that. I guess we have to wait and see
