I had to take my site down for a tough migration to a dedicated server last Friday and I think I missed a client's scheduled monthly subscription payment. As a result, the subscription is listed as "expired" now, and his access to the protected area has been stripped. He is not even aware of this, and I would prefer to keep it that way. The client was expecting his card to be charged a few days ago. What is the proper way to restart this subscription, and have the card charged in tonight's cron and every month thereafter? I am thinking I can go into his profile, then "User Payments/Subscriptions" and add a new subscription for him there. But I have some questions... 1) Do I have to set the period for a month, or will the subscription do that automatically? 2) Same question for the amount to be charged. Do I type it in, or will the system know what to charge? 3) And in the "paid" checkbox, do I leave that unchecked? If I do, will the cron then pick it up tonight and charge his card? Any help would be most appreciated.
Hi, You don't need to add new payment. Edit user's last expired payment and set expiration date for this payment to tomorrow's date. aMember will rebill that payment when cron will run next time.
