We've been using Amember for over a year and are noticing that we have a rather large % of rebills that fail - usually over half, and quite often well more than half. Looking at the error codes I see that some folks credit cards have expired and they haven't updated them, despite the reminder we send them to update their credit cards. But others are sending back a whole variety of error codes. Can this many of our customers have maxed out their cards to the point that $19.95 can't be billed? have so many of them lost their cards? what is going on here? We purchased amember mainly for it's rebilling features, and this is quite a disappointment. Any advice would be welcome. We are using the linkpoint plugin.
