I have been using Amember for two months now. I have three products in amember and use two forwarded masked domains for two of them so the users do not see the main sight they do not have a subscription to. I have had three users in the last 24 hours tell me they get the following error message when they try to login: License error - license domain does not match your domain (185.12!=rockstarrealestatecoaching.com) at http://185.12/Amembers/member.php?a...t041098&submit=Login ยป&amember_redirect_url=/ ref from http://www.rockstarrealestatecoaching.com/InnerCircle/ If you are the site administrator, click this link to fix If I open the email I sent them with their login information and use it to login everything works fine. I thought one of them might have had an old URL stored in their cookies or that their DNS has bad information so I had them delete their history, cookies, and had her change her DNS to open dns which is what I use. It still produces the error for her on her machine but not on mine. What do I do?
so I notice that 185.12 is the last 2 octects of the IP for your domain. This suggests that the user is some how landing on the IP for a URL? How are you doing the masked forwarding as I suspect that is where the issue lies.
