Alex sent me the new key I am locked out so I followed the install instructions given Through ftp I uploaded the fix files then I went to the WWW.yourdomain.com/amember/fixlicense.php. Copy and paste newkey and press set. I get this message on the login page License invalid - please contact CGI-Central Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue I would appreciate any feedback Thank You
When you cut and paste the new key make sure you don't add any leading or trailing blanks. This is easy to do when you cut and paste
