License Upgrade To Version 4 / Domain Change

    Hi,

    I purchased amember back in 2009 and haven't paid for an upgraded license because I'm no longer using the site I originally had amember set up on.

    I now want to upgrade to 4.0 and I want to change the domain name where it will be hosted.

    Can I accomplish this with purchasing the annual support package, or is there something else that I need to purchase in addition to the support package?

    Yes, it is quite enough to purchase update package. You will then see link to submit change domain request.

    Alex, this is what I want to do too - I think. I purchased aMember Pro in 2007. My current version is 3.0.8. The domain I currently use it on I plan to close. I want to upgrade to the new version (4) and install on a new domain. What do I need to do? Will purchasing the aMember Pro Upgrade for $80 do it? Or can I have my existing version moved? I will also need assistance with the install. Please reply. I emailed you a couple of days ago on this. Thanks.

    Yes, if you purchase updates, you will see link allowing to change domain.

    I've clicked everywhere down there. Even on the icons, etc. Nothing happens.
