Hello, I have a client who set up a product with where the duration is Lifetime. When members sign up, they are not able to access the program. Looking at the Payment Report, the period of the product shows as LIFETIME - LIFETIME and the Status is Future. Manual subscriptions work fine. It is only when they sign up via the subscriptions page. Can someone suggest why this is happening or what setting has been missed? Do the users marked as future have other products subscribed to them? I suspect you have configured multiple products with the same renewal group.
