Is it possible to limit a payment type to a specific product. For example: Individual Membership - 1 Month: Choice of PayPal only. Group Membership - 1 Year: Choice of PayPal or Offline. I see in the advanced options, I can set it up to select a payment system per product, but I want to be able to allow multiple payment options for some products. Also, with the offline option, is there a way to have the user e-mailed with the offline payment instructions in addition to displaying them? Thanks.
Yes, it is possible. If you have recent version of aMember, go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Advanced and enable Assign Payment system to product. Then you will be able to do what you are asking for. About second question: aMember CP -> EMail -> Pending EMail can be enabled for particular payment types. Email template located here: amember/templates/pending_mail.txt

Yes, it works as you need. If you assign payment processor to product, it will be used, and user select doesn't make sense. If you don't assign payment processor to product, user is allowed to select one.
Ok I did this and it did not work for me. I enabled it and no one could make payment on anything. The error I get is the red box saying "Please choose a payment system" and I saw you say if I do not select a payment system in the set up it would show all of them. Please tell me what I am doing wrong I tried going into one product and just click save but nothing happened. Alex, maybe you can put in drop down a select (mutiple like with the allow and disallow to buy) For me I just need to be able to move everything between paypal and google or both. Since Paypal is so hard to deal with and most of the customers are from there I have to shut off my paypal after so much money has been taken in otherwise paypal will limit my account. 3 times already this year. So when I disable my paypal plugin then no orders go out but at the same time all pending with paypal are dropped. Please help I need this bad alex thanks
I believe you forgot to assign payment system in aMember CP -> Manage Products -> Edit product -> Payment System

I sent alex an email and no it does not work like that. I wish I could select one product for several payment processors. I have 3 sometimes 4 different payment options. I sell 10 different items and 1 of them I only sell through moneybookers. If I was to assign payment system to my products I would have to create a product for each payment processor. Also my customers get confussed on which payment option they using if it is not displayed. I guess like the Description says it is worthless, at least the way it is set up now
I do not know if I am allowed to do this so if Alex's deletes my post I understand and no hard feelings. I have hired amember to customise their programming do be able to do what a few of us were asking. They ahve told me they will have it finished next week. Right now it not a rush for me but a need for a very near future. If anyone else would like to help shoulder the cost in this and you have amember license already I would be more then willing to give you a copy of the upgraded programming. I feel this is a great asset to amember and I hope everything works as planned. Maybe one day it will be a standard.

Hi all, I am also looking for multiple payment methods per product. ie: I have 1 month, 3 month and 6 month. I want paypal and nochex on all of them with the addition of offline payment on the 6 month. I have looked in the demo to see if it is a newer feature but I do not have advanced access in the demo. advice appreciated
