We have products that deliver weekly / monthly video&pdf lessons to subscribed customers. The problem is now that we only have content for a while, after 52 weekly lessons (24 monthly lessons respectively) the course is over but the people will still get billed if we forget to stop their recurring billing.

    Anybody also having this problem?

What could a solution look like? I guess a recurring billing contract can't have an expiry date yet? Can an aMember installation cancel recurring billing for a user?

Or would the solution be rather to code an automatic email reminder for us? That tells us when somebody reaches the limit of a certain product and we can react and cancel the recurring billing on the payment solution provider side ...

You can define how many times you want the payment to recur right in the product setup.

Thanks, Jack! Didn't see that. Let's hope it works with my payment providers :)
