Ok, a few things I wanted to clarify... is it possible to set up a product so that it comes with a free trial until a certain specific date (and the length of that trial will vary from now until that date, depending on when the users sign up, obviously), and it starts charging a regular product cost as soon as that date is reached? if so, how would I pull that off with the current product setup page? and another thing - is there a way to set up the signup page to actually bypass the payment required for a product and allow users to sign up only as affiliates?

how long would it take you to come up with that customization? and how much would the "damage" be? Btw, have you tested these free trial offer product setups? I still get a weird "You've paid XXX amount of dollars" reports on the receipt even though the trial is free for a couple of months and no payment has been made except for the actual activation of subscription.
