In the cpanel setup for LMP there's a general setting which allows you to set the mailing list (in Listmail Pro) to which an EXPIRED member will be added. Fine. BUT what I want to know is 'What constitues a natural expiry'? My reason for this is that I've experimented by setting up a one-off payment product, creating a new user account, paying for the product, THEN, in cpanel, I've deleted the user. This does NOT consititue an EXPIRY, as the user does NOT get added to the relevant list in LMP. Ok, next I try a recurring subscription product. Again, new user, again I complete the purchase. This time, as a user, I CANCEL my subscription in the user cpanel. This clearly is NOT a 'natural' expiry either, as the user is again NOT then added to the relvant LMP list. So, my question is: what constitutes an expiry? I want (ideally) EVERY user deletion (by admin)/cancellation (by customer)/or 'natural' expiry to result in that user being added to a specific LMP list, but I'm struggling! Please help. Richard.
Richard, just set expiration date of active subscription to yesterday. It will be handled as natural expiration.
