My client has me create 3-month subscription packages to her Web site for certain clients. Part of the subscription is getting a copy of the newsletter via ListMail.

aMember is unsubscribing these members at the end of their three-month period. However, ListMail is not removing them from the distribution list.

Do I need to create separate ListMail lists for these special subscriptions or is there something not being updated every night when the Cron job runs?

The ListMail plugin is set to move expired members to a unique list however these x-members often wind up on a 'phantom' list that ListMail creates without my input.

    Thanks.

    Have you done this?

Create an "Expired List" in listmail.
In the amember listmail plugin configuration screen, set the expired users to the expired list.

Yes, I have. However, the expired members wind up being sent to another list - a 'phantom' list that I did not create - instead of the specified list. I don't know if either aMember or ListMail is creating this list.

I've also tired backing up all my dbs, deleting the current lists, building new ones, then re-importing the members. Still no luck.

    Any ideas?

hmm, sounds like something is wrong with your plugin. Are you using aMember 3.1? I'm wondering if they made some changes to the plugin. You should send a tech support ticket.
