Hi I have been checking my records and have found that aMember is not moving people from my "paid for" listmailpro list, so even though they have not paid, they continue to receive my emails. I thought the listmailpro plug in moved them automatically? I had my first subscription cancelation today and aMember did not remove them from the listmailpro list associated with their membership.
I'm pretty sure they had. I have recently had a member join who unsubscribed straight after. Their 14 days free trial will end in a couple of days so I'll check and confirm then.
Well that person got removed so I guess it is doing that part right. However, it has not added them to my "expired" list.
