I am considering purchasing ListMail and the aMember plugin, but I am curious about one thing.

I have paid, recurring members in aMember, and I would like to use ListMail as a way of communicating with these recurring members, but ONLY if they have an active paid subscription.

If a member cancels his recurring membership and his membership becomes expired, will he be removed from the mailing list? I do not want these expired members to continue to receive our paid emails.

    Will the plugin do this?

    Thanks for your help.

You can automatically move them over to an "expired" mailing list.

Thanks for your reply, David. Actually, that may have even more benefits (contacting previous clients).

Just to clarify - is this an existing feature of the aMember/ListMail plugin? In other words, does aMember automatically notify ListMail that the user has expired and I can choose what to do with this user (ie. add to "Expired" list)? Or, would this require custom programming?

(By the way David - thanks for being so active in this forum. I've learned a lot from your replies)

    Hi,

I am facing a problem with my amember. It was working fine, till I moved it to another host. Now when the members login to their account,, they as usual get option to to renew their membership. But after clciking on the dropdown menu, they dnt get forwarded to confirm their subscription, it sits on that page. neither there is submit button.

Any idea what cud be the problem?

    Hi

I have been checking my records and have found that aMember is not moving people from my "paid for" listmailpro list, so even though they have not paid, they continue to receive my emails.

I thought the listmailpro plug in moved them automatically?

Upon further investigation, aMember has not changed the status of this member, despite the fact that they have not paid.
