    Hello,
When using Amember for sending verification and signup emails connected to a specific product, ListmailPro don't get the information to send out a welcome mail as well. Even though the product has listmail access to a specific maillist and the welcome message is activated. Why is that? And what is there to do?

    Regards,

Listmail is getting the new user added by amember but is not being told to send out the welcome email.
You should use amember to send out the welcome email.

Thank you. Yes, I do that allready and it works fine. And then I use ListmailPro follow ups. But it would have been more prof. and flexible to get a more personal welcome mail from ListmailPro when adding to a list in stead of waiting 24 hours for the first follow up.

I just don't understand why?? If the follow ups work why doesn't the welcome mail work in ListmailPro??? I mean when a user is added in Amember he is also added to a list in ListmailPro, so what is the technical problem?

    Regards

aMember is just adding the user to the listmail database- not running the listmail program. So the next time listmail is run is when your cron job activates it.

Thank you. Ah, yes of course.
Well, perhaps a plugin or something from Amember would do the job? Or what is there to do about it?

    Thank you for the answer.

    Regards
