I have purchased many amember licenses for myself and my clients, however I tried to login to my account today and I am locked out! (I am not talking about this account, I am refering to another account of mine.) I went ahead and sent for my password reminder for the last 3 days and I have gotten no email! My client is getting antsy, they need their domain license changed 3 days ago after a mishap with their domain name. They lost everything! The script, their domain ect. They are getting angry with me because I can not access a script they paid good money for. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! I don't want to loose this customer I am 100% sure I am about to.
Please submit a ticket to helpdesk and provide your account login, email , and your licensed domain names. I will check and fix this asap.
Thank you Alex for the fast reply & for helping me get access to my account. I sent another message via support. I just need my license changed to the correct domain and a backup of the files and I am good to go. My client is being understandig too. Your support is supberb.
