    Hi Guys,

Is there anyway to log into Amember using Moodle administrator details?

I don't seem to be able to login using Moodle admin details through Amember.

    Thanks,

    ch

    Hi Guys,

Can I bump this up again?

I'm thinking about removing the Moodle login/logout link from the main Moodle front page, so that users only have one logout option (which is on a custom menu we've had done), and can only login to the site through Amember.

However, I still need to be able to access the Moodle site as an Adminstrator. I'm not sure how I would then login to Moodle using my Moodle Admin details (if I removed the Moodle login/logout link)?

Is it possible to login to Amember using Moodle Admin login details?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Best wishes,

    ch

Try to add admin user to aMember (with the same login and password exactly) and assign it to lifetime membership then you will be able to login withat info from amember's login page.

    Hi Alexander,

    Many thanks for your reply.

I've created an admin user with the same login and password in Amember, and have given the user no restrictions (so is a super user).

However, I can't login into Amember's Login page?

Do I need to connect the admin user (super user) in Amember with a Product, before I can login? I don't see any option to connect a super user with a Product.

I would be grateful for your help.

    Best wishes,

Add subscription to that user in aMember . Just any active lifetime subscription that allow to access moodle folder will be ok.

    Hi Alexander,

    Thanks for your reply.

Could you please explain how I can assign lifetime subscription? I can't see this option.

Do I have to make any changes on the drop down lists for the Period (with the dates)?

I would be grateful for your help.

    Best wishes,

There is nothing special. Just when you add payment to account just use any big value for expiration date.

    Hi Alexander,

I still haven't managed to get this sorted.

I'm able to create an Admin user (super user), but when I do a search of the users (using the 'Search Users' link), the Admin users do not display. Therefore, I'm not able to assign a the Admin user to a subscription.

I'm not sure how to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Alexander,

    No need to reply! Thanks.

I've figured it out. I can now create an Admin user through Amember, and access Moodle with full Admin rights within Moodle.

    Best wishes,

    ch
