Looking for experienced web techie to select the right Plug-ins for my aMember site!

I have registered aMember Pro Software and a list of available plug-ins are here http://www.amember.com/integration.php.

I hope you can help me sort out the good, the bad and the ugly!

I have put together a list of my needs. It is for the members area that I'm developing for my website.

Some of the features/needs that I have for my site might not exist through currently available plug-ins, so I'll get a web developer to custom-build those. But before I can do that, I need to find out what CAN be done with existing plug-ins, and what cannot be done.

If you are interested in this opportunity to help out on this, please post your reply to this forum and include your email address so I can contact you and we can exchange more information.

    Thank you!

    Hi Derek,

Based on your list of features needed, I suggest you take a look at CMS systems that integrate with aMember rather than running many different applications. I think this will also fit in well with your blog, forum and search needs.
    Joomla
    Wordpress
    Drupal
    e107
are the popular ones. They have many plugins you can add to them which will accomplish some of what you want to do.

Some of the things, I dont think are possible, not natively- like "3. Calendar Plug-in". You can definitely have a calender function in the CMS, but I haven't seen it integrated with the amount of time a member has been a member. I think this would need to be customized.

    Hi David,

Thank you for your reply. I'm browsing the Joomla plugin descriptions right now. I appreciate your feedback!

    Have a great day,
    Derek
