Looking to hire a coder

Below is what I'm looking to do - know that if amember can support this it may some custom code, let me know if you can do this and give me a ballpark quote.

I currently offer a service where I build links for folks, I deal entirely via email at this point, taking orders via a wufoo form and sending reports out to my customers via email. I want to work something out where I use a website for the entire order process and send the report to the customer. I sell both one time submissions and drip fed (X number of links a day) submissions.

Ideally I'd like to have a "Client Admin Panel" of sorts created - I
want the clients to be able to view the follwoing through this panel.
- Pending one time submissions\Reports for completed submissions
- Monthly calendar that allows them to schedule their drip fed submissions\see reports for each day that they have submissions

I have no clue if this is a difficult thing to make for amember or if it's something that would be realitivly simple to put together. I have funds to comission development of this if something similar does not already exist.

I think Alex can comment definitively on this, but i dont see this as something you want to use amember for. I think you need to look for a project management system.
