Loose Text Field - free form text about subscriber

Any way of including a loose text field for free form comment about individual subsrciber accounts - we get a lot of people who get a refund and then pull the same stunt a few months later, its difficult to track - a free form field attcahed to their account would really help.

what about "add field"

Would add field in the amember admin achieve this too ?

I tried it and exactly get the results I expected - should it create a text field linked to the subscriber ?
