I have paid members, when they use the "Lost Password" Reminder link they never receive an email. Tested it myself and it never sends using email or user name. This isn't really an emergency at the moment, so If I dont receive an answer in a few days then I'll contact support. Also when someone signs up they never received an email. When I email users though then they receive them fine. Thanks for any help.
ok Finally received email for lost password. Guess for some reason its slow tonight. Must be because of the holidays. Took about 3 hours. I sent some emails from admin section again, emailed users, and havent received any emails but maybe it will take awhile. I'll check later to see If I received them.
