Hi, I have a dedicated (NOT shared) SSL certificate installed on my domain whic I want to use to make the signup to a subscription secure (i.e. whenever the www.mysite.com/aMember/signup.php page is displayed). I have tried making all links to this page https rather than http, and the pages still display ok with the https prefix BUT there is no padlock in the lower right corner of the browser to signify that it is a secure connection. My questions are: 1. What is the difference between https pages displayed with and without the padlock at the bottom of the browser? 2. how can I make the https pages display the padlock (i.e. become fully secure encrypted pages). Also, has anyone else have any other comments using https and SSL with aMember I would like to hear other peoples experience and how they got it to work, where they used secure pages on there site etc. Many thank, David
David, it would be easier to answer if you send exact link (you can send to support if don't want to publish it). Most possible your page has links to images via http:// (not-secure), so entire page considered not-secure.
Hi Alex, I am not sure is this the right page to contact you. I already opened the ticket but didn't get the answer i wanted. Here is my question.... Hi I am using amember for my user account management and drupal as a front hand application. When some one sign up using amember sign up form all i need is to forward the user to drupal's member area page (with automatic log in to druapl). I tried to find this issue all over the place but couldn't find this. Not sure what to do. Need some help. Here is what the tech guy replied me .... Hello, Please try aMember CP -> Setup -> Advanced -> Automatically login customer after signup this is not what i am looking for... Please help me asap as i am stuck up with this from last few days. Thanks
