I really do not know how to accurately describe the issue in the context of troubleshooting...but, our treasurer for our club makes quite a few manual additions of members to our database and club. If a member signs up via the normal portal, they have no problem logging into Wordpress. But, if the member is a manual add, for some reason the password does not pass through to the WP database. Through trial and error I found that if I login as the WP admin, and add the members password into Wordpress, everything works. In aMember the default settings are for each 'product' they get assigned "amember Active" credentials.....it just seems the password is not pushing through to Wordpress. Any ideas?
When you add members manually (which is not a great practice) you could try the following: Go to Utilities Rebuild DB Rebuild WordPress Database
