Does anyone take orders over the phone? If so, do you just sign people up by walking them through the normal signup process, or do you use the admin interface? The reason I ask is because the admin interface to add subscriptions to a user appears to be very weak. Why do I have to define the period and set the price? Shouldn't that all come for the product information? If I have a phone sales guy, he needs to remember the pricing of each of the different packages (we have around 10, but have an annual plan and monthly plan for each, so really 20 different pricings). Why can't it be determined based on the product chosen, then have the ability to enter a coupon, or change the price after that? Is there a plugin for this type of manual entry? Or am I missing something?
