Manual User appproval multiple admin alert?

Anyone can tell me how I can have a new user notification go to more than one admin, so a new user can be manually approved by more than just the main Admin?

I have added extra users and given them admin permissions, but the subscriber notification is eluding me.

Can you set up a filter on your mail client to forward the message?
