Manualing editing an invoice

    Is there a way to manually edit a payment?

    I have a user who purchased product A and meant to purchase product B. I know I could refund them and make them repurchase but my users are used to just emailing and the admin unchecking one box and checking another. Is there a way to move that payment without the refund & repay?

    Tami, yes - this functionality is really missing current. I thought disabling it will allow cleaner reporting, but seems it is actually necessary.
    We will add ability to change products in invoice (to one with similar billing terms) to next release - 4.1.8

    Right now you can:
    - add Access manually (at bottom of user payments list)
    - (ONLY IF SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT RECURRING!!) open Invoice -> go to payments list, click "Refund" link. Choose to "Delete payment and access records"

    Thank you, great news on the upgrade. I did do it how you suggested, it just made my sales figure off by the amount since it thinks I refunded it when I didn't it's ok though - I am really appreciating all amember does.
