Hello, I have a user who signed up for the wrong product. I want to switch them to another product, but do not want them to have to re-enter their CC info. If I delete the current invoice that has"Recurring Active" , can I click "Add Invoice" select the proper product and have "Recurring Active" automatically be applied? Do I want to "Stop Recurring"payments first, before deleting? I'm using Authorize.net CIM and Amember 4.3.5. Thanks for your help!
Any word on this? Is there information about aMember concepts like invoices that I can review. I didn't see any in the documentation.
