Many members getting session expired message when logging in

    I am getting reports from many members that when using IE or Safari, they are getting a Session Expired message when trying to login. If they click the Home button or any other link, they are logged in and can continue to member areas.

    It is very confusing to them though, so I'm hoping there is something that can be done to eliminate this from happening as frequently.

    Please contact us in helpdesk and explain how this can be recreated, and also provide access info, we will troubleshoot this.

    My subscribers are having exactly the same problem. It takes about 40-50 minutes to be on the site, then when you go to another page on the site, you'll see the log-in screen.

    check aMember CP -> Setup -> Login page -> user session timeout.
    Also, if you want to keep your users logged in always, enable remember login and always remember settings.
