Max Upload 10M?

Good day,

How would I change the max upload size for protected content? We are a magazine publication and we want to protect the magazine subscription PDF format. Problem is that they average 35M.

I'm fairly certain this would be a server limit rather than an aMember limit. If I remember correctly I had to change some values in my server's PHP configuration to change that value.
