Member Email Notification

    Hi Alex,
    I believe I have the email setup to notify users when they try to signup.

    I even did the test email - some people get it and some do not.

    For instance, I sent emails to mac.com and gmail.com addresses and those test emails were received.

    BUT when I did other test emails to att.net, comcast.net, mydomain.com - they did not work.

    I did not try AOL. But I have got responses from people but obviously with very little feedback I do not know if people are getting the emails. I am not getting any bounced emails in my inbox either.

    Any advice on this? Anyone?

    Hi Arnold,

    A couple of things to validate:

    1) You are not blacklisted (http://www.spamhaus.org/)
    2) You are not landing in your customers SPAM / Junk folders (may want to call out checking there on your signup or thanks page.
