Members account not upgraded.

    I am having some problems with the amember program, after the customers paid for membership they are not registered on the vBulletin forum. I have the IPN enabled on PayPal. This installation was done long time ago and it was working fine till few days ago. I have not made any changes to it the only new thing is the IP address of my server. Help would be appreciated.

    Have you raised a ticket? I think support is the best party to contact for this.

    This is the Errors from the amember admin cp:

    paypal_r ERROR: IPN validation error: Cannot validate PayPal IPN post: FOPEN [www.paypal.com] results to [ ()]

    CURL ERROR: (6) - Couldn't resolve host 'www.paypal.com'

    I am using the my domain name /amember/plugins/payment/paypal_r/ipnr.php url for the IPN url in the paypal.

    This got be something to do with the IP change, it was working fine before.

    This is hosting server issue. Contact hosting support and ask to fix this error :
    CURL ERROR: (6) - Couldn't resolve host 'www.paypal.com'
    This error generated when aMember try to verify paypal IPN message and error means that there is a problem with DNS on the server.
    As quickfix you can disable IPN verification in aMember CP -> Setup -> Paypal
