Members forced to renew on rebill date?

    Hello,

    I have amember integrated with 1shoppingcart and am having problems with recurring billing. I have a product with recurring billing every 30 days. If a member purchases this product on 1/1/2010, on 1/30/2010 at 12:00am amember will have his account as expired until 1SC post his rebill which I have been told is done randomly throughout the day. The problem is members are manually renewing their membership so that they are be able to login into the members area, and then when the recurring billing posts members have been charged twice. I've removed renew button for now, but I want my members to have access to their areas thru their rebill date. How can I fix this?

    Product period should be exactly the same in aMember and 1SC, I guess they are different now.

    They are the same. (30 days) For monthly. The problem is at 12:00 am it looks like amember is expiring the membership until 1SC posts the new charge which is done randomly in batches throughout the day. Maybe a grace period can be added??

    Please contact me in helpdesk and provide exact example, possible server time zone is very different then 1SC
