Members Getting Errors with Paypal

    Hi :)

    I came here to see if I can get any advice into what I should look into..

    I'm running Amember Free.., and everything seemed to be running fine until I reinstalled it on a new server mid March. Since then I've had one successful signup...In my User Log im seeing a lot of members signing up and not completing the payment process..Usually I can understand this if people want to see if they can get in without paying..but it is an unusual amount. I then had a member write and say they had a problem joining, getting error messages... I went through and did a fake signup and everything -seemed- to be in order.. So I let it go until today a member wrote me and said they had renewal problems. This is what he told me specifically:

    "On the renew subscription screen, after you click the renew button the paypal window pops up with an error msg, paypal keeps the message "payment failure, check with vendor" and it takes 3 tries to get to the payment screen"

    It eventually worked on his 4th try..I'm assuming this is the same problem that is happening with new member signups also.

    Any suggestions? Should I check the amember script? Or is something going wrong with paypal and the ipn? Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance

    Lilly, just try to go through signup process as customer. If you see something strange, feel free to ask. For better response time you can ask here:
