Members not able to renew membership via user details page

    I was doing some testing on renewing a membership. aMem is set to allow users access their user details page where they may continue their membership by choosing what subscription they want via a drop down menu. Users will not have access to any protected areas you have set up, til they pay that is.

    Now my problem is...the subscription I have set and is in the drop down menu...dose not work.

    I select it and then click the order button and all it does is refresh the page.


    Please help with this issue.

    Did you ever resolve this? If so, what was the fix?

    It works for me- just wondered what the issue was.

    same problem - members can't renew

    Possible, there is an issue with hosting server configuration.
