I received 2 new members today who paid with PayPal. While I received both payments, Amember was showing the members as not paid. This is the first time this has happened, but disconcerting since they could not logon to our site. Any troubleshooting suggestions? I should mention that there are no recent changes made in Amember or my PayPal account. Thanks, Chris
Hi, I have the exact same issue. My script is newly installed though. I've been testing all day and even though I received the payment in PayPal, aMember show them as unpaid. I check my IPN history and all IPN were sent. If you find a solution can you please let me know Thank you
Hi, I'm sorry for adding to this post. My issue seemed similar to the one described. I found my problem though. I had the wrong MerchantID. I was using the MerchantID given to me by PayPal (some kind of letter and number code) instead of my primary email When I changed the MerchantID it started to work fine
