members.php "Membership Type" dropdown empty

We created 3 products in CP -> Manage Products. (screen capture attached)
All three products are set as Scope = "Visible for all".
signup.php page show the radio select options for the three products.

However on the members.php page, under "Add/Renew subscription" the "Membership Type" dropdown empty. (screen capture attached)

Any suggestions?

Thats strange! your settings look right to me.
